The Seraph’s Apprenticeship Program offers young people a chance to learn how to sail, learn and participate in sailboat maintenance and care, and experience the joys of sailing offshore, all while building character and professional skills. We offer 4-month programs, which include the following: 

• Introduction to sailing

• Sailboat maintenance

• Mentorship

• Offshore passage
